TutorVisit provides live, one-to-one online tutoring in Math, English and Science for Primary, Secondary, O Level, GCSE and A Level students, along with Homework Help and Assignment Help sessions, delivered by video call.
New students may book a free trial lesson before enrolling in a paid package. Enrolling in a monthly bundle (Kindergarten, Grade 1–5, Grade 6–10) or a Dedicated Subject Class confirms your agreement to the fee and schedule for that package, as set out on our Fees page.
Monthly packages are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Payment must be received before the start of a new cycle for classes to continue uninterrupted. Accepted payment methods and currencies will be confirmed at enrolment.
Classes take place at scheduled times agreed between the family and tutor. Please give as much notice as possible if a class needs to be rescheduled. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect a student's fixed weekly slot. See our Refund Policy for how missed classes are handled.
Homework Help and Assignment Help sessions are designed to build understanding, not to produce finished work for a student to submit as their own. Tutors will guide, explain and review a student's own work rather than complete assignments, essays or exams on their behalf. Families are responsible for ensuring tutoring support complies with their school's academic integrity policy.
We expect respectful conduct from students, parents and tutors during all sessions and communications. TutorVisit may suspend or end a tutoring relationship in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, or repeated policy violations.
Worksheets, lesson materials and website content created by TutorVisit remain the property of TutorVisit and are provided for the student's personal educational use only, not for redistribution or resale.
TutorVisit will provide tutoring services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee specific exam results or grade outcomes, which depend on many factors beyond our tutoring. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
